What data do we collect?

Name, email, phone number and delivery address. Only to be able to deliver your order.

Payment happens on delivery; we never store card or payment details.

While you type your address, the text is sent to Denmark's official address service (Dataforsyningen, DAWA) to provide suggestions; the service sets no cookies.

If you are signed in, the contents of your cart are stored on your account so you can continue on another device. Emptying the cart deletes it on our side too.

If you ask to be notified when a sold-out item is back, we store your email together with that item. We send one message when it is back in stock and do not use the address for anything else.

Retention

Order data is kept for as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires.

You can always request access, correction or deletion by writing to hello@easyplus.dk.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary (no consent required): your cart, favourites and cookie choice are kept in your browser's local storage; when you log in, a session cookie is used. The site does not work without these and they send no data to third parties.

Statistics (with your consent): Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, anonymous session recordings) measure which pages are visited and steps such as add to cart and checkout. Cookies: _ga (2 years), _ga_* (2 years). IP addresses are truncated. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd.

Marketing (with your consent): Meta Pixel measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and is used to show ads based on interests. Cookie: _fbp (3 months). Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.

Statistics and marketing cookies are not set until you consent in the cookie banner. We store your choice with its date, and you can change or withdraw it at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

To be able to prove your consent, we store your choice, its date, the language and a random ID assigned to your browser on our server. This record contains no IP address, name or email and does not identify you personally.

Google and Meta may process data outside the EU; both are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
