Prices and payment
All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT.
Payment is made on delivery, in cash or by card. The price on your order confirmation is final and includes VAT.
Delivery
We deliver to selected postal codes in Copenhagen every Saturday, 09:00–13:00.
Orders must be placed before the collection's order deadline; otherwise they are delivered the Saturday after.
Right of withdrawal
Food and perishable goods are exempt from the usual 14-day right of withdrawal.
If an item is faulty or missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Complaints
Danish consumer law applies. Write to hello@easyplus.dk and we will find a solution.
